Wong v. Nissan Canada
The Infiniti G35 Brake case
This claim involves an allegation that the brake design in 2003 and 2004 Infiniti G35 automatic transmission automobiles is defective, and leads to premature wear and premature replacement of brake pads.
As a result of this defect, owners of the Infiniti G35 are put to the expense of frequent brake jobs, which reduces the value and usefulness of their vehicles.
Our firm is working together with the law firm of Dunn & Company (of Vancouver, British Columbia). The Lawsuit has been filed in British Columbia.
