Your First Consultation is FREE
Whether it is an ICBC claim, personal injury claim, disability claim or class action, we are happy to meet with you at one of our locations, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam. Surrey, Richmond and North Vancouver, at NO cost to you. If it is not possible to meet at our office we can arrange a home or hospital visit.
And there is No Up Front Money Required
Hanson Wirsig Matheos will pay all disbursements incurred with respect to your claim (whether it is ICBC, Disability or Class Action). Some examples of disbursements are costs related to obtaining injury reports, disability contracts, expert reports and so forth.
Our Legal Fees
Our fee is based on an agreed percentage of the amount we recover for you. If there is no recovery then there is NO fee. This applies to ICBC claims, disability claims and class action claims.
