Kingston College Case

Hanson Wirsig Matheos is taking legal action on behalf of students of Kingston College who enrolled in the degree program through American University in London (AUL), only to learn (after completing their programs) that AUL is not an accredited University and Kingston College was at all relevant times prohibited from associating with AUL or promoting its association with AUL.

In the result, a large number of students completed their studies at Kingston College but will not get a degree, or if they got a degree already, that degree will not be recognized.

If you attended Kingston College and believe that you might be a member of this group of persons who have been wronged by the Kingston Educational Group, please contact Martin Willemse or James Hanson of our firm.
